Our aim is to create high quality enjoyable households where people are not only house sharers but friends. We have great long term tenants and we have found from our experience that the key way of achieving this is by providing an outstanding service. We therefore aim to respond to any maintenance issues within 24 hours. We have also made it easier for tenants to report issues by providing them with an email address solely for maintenance issues and a contact number. Tenants are kept up to date with the progress of any maintenance by SMS text messaging and email.
