  2. You will receive a welcome letter with your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
    Please keep this in a safe place.
  3. Check the website on a regular basis.
    If you see a property you like contact us as soon as possible.
  4. Stoneyard will then contact you.
  5. If you are interested, book in on one of the viewing dates.  
    Remember, numbers are limited and property is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  6. Stoneyard will send confirmation of your booking date, time and location.
  7. View the property, and reserve if it is suitable to your requirements.
  8. Complete mortgage and insurance applications. Leave mortgage information with Stoneyard and instruct solicitor.
  9. If a mortgage appointment is made via phone, our broker will send you the relevant application forms to be signed and sent back, by Special Delivery, as soon as possible.
  10. Your mortgage application will be forwarded to the lender.
  11. A valuation will be carried out.
  12. You will receive a mortgage offer.
  13. Exchange:
    • Pay exchange moneys
    • Have insurance in place;
  14. Complete:
    • Instruct furniture company - they start planning the apartment's interior design and order furniture ready for completion;
    • Instruct letting agent - they can start marketing their database for potential tenants and draw up a tenancy agreement.
    • Give keys to furniture company (in order that furniture may be moved in as soon as possible);
    • Give keys to letting agent (so they have access to property, to show potential tenants around).
